My journalistic, public relations and marketing communications skills are now available to companies, public relations consultancies, publishers etc. on a project, hourly or daily basis.

Perhaps your company may wish to bring fresh ideas to the launch of a product or service, organise a press or dealer conference, or may be require the occasional services of a PR professional to write a press release or technical article, with no further commitment to full time contractual work. Alternatively you may require a PR professional to inject the PR element into a project, assist/’train’ an in-house marketing person, cover for maternity leave or organise production of technical literature or internal newspaper.

A whole range of possibilities which the expertise of an MD of a PR consultancy can offer from coverage for staff on long term or maternity leave to fronting a particular project. Possibly just providing a ‘contract’ press release or technical writing service, manage or research a project or assist with staff training.

Utilisation of the knowledge and expertise of a person who has experience of all sides of the PR, marketing and communications industry. May be to take on responsibility for provision of material for a section of the publication; to research, write and compile a feature; to write a regular technical article or act as ‘stringer’ to cover the Midlands and South West area.
